Shop Policies


All packages are shipped USPS, with tracking. In cases of packages that are deemed lost by USPS, we will "replace" the item.

Refunds and Exchanges:

Items are one of a kind. we will not accept returned items, nor will we offer refunds

In some cases, we will negotiate an exchange for equal value, provided the original item is returned in original state. We will replace any item which the USPS declares as lost in shipping, with another similar piece. If an item is damaged in shipping, we will repair whatever damage (if applicable), provided we are informed of the damage within three days of the item being received by the customer.

We will repair any issue that we can, being each piece is a one of a kind and irreplaceable. If you feel you have a situation not covered by any of the above, please contact us and we can come to a consensus on other options.
